VirtusVeda offers digital marketing services for local businesses, including Google Business Profile optimization, Instagram management, web design, Google Ads and WhatsApp Business. Specific services, pricing and conditions are agreed individually with each client.
3. No lock-in
All VirtusVeda plans are monthly with no minimum commitment. The client can cancel the service at any time without penalty, effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, designs, logos, code) is the property of VirtusVeda and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content created for clients as part of the service (posts, copy, web designs) becomes the property of the client once the service is paid.
5. Limitation of liability
VirtusVeda does not guarantee specific visibility or sales results, as these depend on external factors (Google algorithms, competition, market behavior). We commit to executing agreed actions with the highest professionalism.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Granada.
